Seeking an Agile Project Manager for one of our direct client.
The Agile Project Manager will report to a Director of the Program Management, accountable for oversight and execution of programs required to realize our corporate strategy.
The Agile Project Manager will:
• Plan, monitor, and manage initiatives or groups of projects from initiation through completion to ensure completion on time, following specifications of outcomes and outputs, within budget and timelines.
• Will use formal project/program management processes and Agile Frameworks to manage resources, budgets, risks, schedules, and changes.
• The incumbent may be concerned with projects or smaller scope or identifiable elements or functions within a larger project.
• Typically, incumbent in this discipline are working towards or have achieved certification in project management or agile.
Responsibilities
• Supports senior project managers, directors and sponsors with all project management tasks
• Supports the team by assisting in the preparation of project/program documents, schedules, logistics and communications
• Validate initial project scope and effort estimates and manage the change order process
• Ensure scope is delivered in full and with quality throughout the project life cycle
• Ability to support the project profitability and monitor, interpret, and communicate project budget
• Liaise with Procurement regarding PSA's, SOW's and Service Maintenance Schedules for new and existing Vendor contracts, may also prepare and manage Vendor Contract budget reports and forecasts
• Develop a communication plan and execute on it utilizing existing templates
• Establish vision with sponsor and provide agile best practices and have time work on highest value items
• Identify, document, track, and communicate project risks and issues and assist in bringing to resolution or mitigation
• Lead and facilitate internal and external events, adapting communication style and medium to fit audience needs
• Administers, records and organizes all project/ program artifacts
• Updates and manages all project management logs: Risk, Action, Issue and Decision

Requirements
• Completed an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Certificate in Project Management, or Agile training
• Demonstrated understanding of project management and Agile principles and practices, including tracking outcomes, budgets, meeting agendas, status reporting and risk/issue management
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work for multiple stakeholders
• Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating or managing projects in a project management office or related Agile environment with competing priorities and diverse deliverables
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating and consulting with project executives, sponsors and stakeholders
• Proficient in Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Team and other related applications

• Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
• Scrum Master (CSM), PMP
